"Having previously worked as an Area Manager for five years for several large, (supposedly) up to the minute organisations, part of my role involved analysing data associated with resident occupancy, room voids, resident admissions, staff rota's, staff sickness, agency use and training undertaken. I had to set aside one day a week to do this as did all Area Managers.

Unfortunately the information was only as good as the day it was retrieved and I was dependant on the manager providing me with the information, which I realised, was not always accurate.
